Tried something new with the Salmon Roe Sashimi, Honestly it's not my favorite and will probably take some getting used to for the picky palate.. With that being said, this place has the best salmon out of any place ive tried. Fish egg masago was good and exactly how I remembered.
The fish collar was Good, Small portion, Great for an appetizer, A litle bit dry but managable. Was it worth 55$ for a snack? Probably not. Food was excelent thogh.

Tonkotsu Black Ramen was tasty as always. I will say this, I'm unsure if they go by weight or by number but I remember it always coming with 3 pork slices, now it has only been 2 since the change of the name on the restaurant.
Sapporo Miso Ramen : We did have to call in to change one of our noodle sizes.(my niece wasn't a fan of the thick noodles) But they were more than accommodating.

The smoked salmon had so much flavor. The eel was perfect...I was VERY happy with my food!! Picking up was simple and easy, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Inside the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and iS clean and welcoming.

"I got the SHACK SAMPLER PLATE. I ordered my meat "wet" and it wasn't (at least to my standards) but even "dry" the chicken was grilled and seasoned wonderfully. The ribs were fall off the bone and I got extra sauce so I made sure I sauced the rest of the pulled pork to my liking.
The green beans were underseasoned but nothing some salt and pepper didn't fix.
The fried okra was breaded perfectly and on point.
I asked for ranch and didn't get any but I got peach cobbler that I didn't order so I'll call it even lol because it was amazing.
