Canes could use cardboard instead the would help lower any condensation. All 4 root beers were off... Not carbonated right and not enough syrup. They were more like flavored water. It was a very disappointing birthday dinner."

"I ordered a half pound Double Roast Beef sandwich, they were out of roast beef. So they offered to substitute with a double crunchy chicken sandwich, which was really good actually.
But then I ordered the fully loaded chicken fries, which ended up being a small order of curly fries with a tiny piece of chicken thrown in. They also barely out any cheese or ranch on there too. I'd say only about 20% actually had cheese or ranch on it.
I also ordered two separate cups of cheese, didn't get that either. The fries would've been okay if they would've given me the extra cheese the way I ordered it, but oh well.
Granted I was ordering really close to closing time, but next time instead of accepting the order, just decline it and I'll find somewhere else to order from."
