My chicken wings were not covered, simply in a tray as if I was dining in. My bag was left open so my food was cold. I was at work so that's why it's a real issue. Overall, KC will always be 5 stars to me. But since ordering from this location these few things have been reoccurring. I will continue to buy from here. KC medium is my go to on every order. Yum! I'm sure they'll fix this small issue."
