"I did not expect the Shrimp & Pork Dumplings to be purple but they were done to perfection. The filling was fully cooked and very juicy. They are going to be a go-to item.
The Shrimp Dumplings were fresh and did not have that funky smell many seafood dishes can have when not as fresh as it could be. Eat these first so the wrapper does not get sticky as the dish cools.
The Shu Mai was done beautifully. There was what looked to be a tiny amount of roe on top. Take the plunge as I did. It gave the dumpling just that little extra something.
I am stuffed! There is enough for my daughter to have some as well. Typical portion sizes for Dim Sum and well worth the price!"

Loaded with thin slices of tender seasoned beef. Most places you have to look for the beef. Not Blue Bay. Good ratio of eggs, vegetables, and rice too. Disappointing Experience – Lacking in Flavor and Balance
📍Ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and Chicken Lo Mein, hoping for a satisfying takeout night, but both dishes left a lot to be desired.
🥢 Chicken Pad Thai – The flavor was incredibly underwhelming, with none of the bold, sweet-sour-spicy notes you’d expect. The noodles were fine in texture, but the chicken was thinly sliced and lacking any real taste. The lime wedge on the side wasn’t just a garnish — it was essential just to make the dish palatable. Without it, everything tasted flat and forgettable.
🍜 Chicken Lo Mein – Sadly, this one didn’t redeem the meal either. The noodles were thicker and rounder than most lo mein, but surprisingly failed to soak up much sauce or flavor. The chicken was again thin and overly salty, with no real depth. What really hurt the dish was the near-total absence of vegetables — it felt like an unfinished dish that never got balanced out.
