"Tenders were very good but the fries were cold and for a $6+ family slaw, we got enough for a spoonful (small) each. The slaw was actually very good! Too bad we only got a taste! The chicken was warm, but the Bo Berry Biscuits were obviously made earlier in the day. Asked for extra icing, but that was a no go. Don't know what happened to the great bo berry's of yesteryear! The Peach Cobbler was ok but we didn't need spoons. We actually just picked up half a biscuit with what looked like a 1/4 cup of peach jam on top. " We used to have a lot of Schlotzsky's delis in Memphis, TN, but one day it seemed like they all went out of business except for the original store on Poplar Avenue near Perkins. My family and I moved to Germantown and eventually stopped going there to eat. Fast forward 50 years. The store is still standing, the fantastic bread 🍞 is still baked fresh every day, and the meat is still premium. "I'm comparing this Howard's to the Howard's much closer to me that we usually use on Summer Ave at Waring. The Howard's I received on this order left off the egg I ordered on the turkey croissant & instead put processed cheese on it, which I didn't order. (I wasn't notified that any substitutions had to be made.) Also, there was only about 1/3 of the turkey & the sandwich hadn't been warmed like is done at the Summer Ave store.
