"I rate the subway and absolute zero! they totally screwed up my order! I ordered a meat lover sub for my son, and it was very sloppily made and smashed! I did the buy one get one free deal with a footlong Beast. they were both sloppily made. one only had vegetables and cheese on it along with the oils Etc on it. the other one just had one thin layer of turkey, pepperoni, and salami. the Beast is supposed to have a half a pound of meat on it. that is definitely not a half a pound of meat! I am so seriously disappointed and disgusted. I called them to tell them about my Subs. they told me that they had a trainee on and that's how they got messed up. that they were sorry. if this is how they train their trainees and help them to do the sandwiches properly, then they have one big problem I feel sorry for the training. they asked me if I wanted to come and get the subs redone and pick them up. if I wanted to do that in the first place I would have went up there and picked him up on my own instead of them delivered to my door. they are supposed to call me back to see if I can get a refund on the sub that I paid for.
