The Bangkok Street Noodles were delicious with genuine crispy tofu (unlike other restaurants that serve congealed whale snot in place of "crispy" tofu. "Ok, this might be the best Mexican joint in Corvallis. I've gotten Taquitos Dorados from multiple places in Corvallis/Albany and these are the best. Chicken wasn't dry, tortillas perfectly crispy and light. Good homemade guacamole and salsa Verde. Mexican rice can sometimes be an after thought but this stuff hits. Moist, flavorful, and not overly dry or soggy. No grains of rice stuck together. Pairs well with their beans too, which have a good consistency. The meat on the Aldo’s Platter was well cooked. Carnitas was the big surprise. Most carnitas I have had have chunks of fat that ruin the experience. This was moist but lean without chunks of fat. Tender and delicious chicken and steak as well. You gotta check this place out!!"
