"Oh wow!! I ordered the chicken soup and a skewer of the ribeye shishkabab cubes. The rib-eye is the BEST ribeye I've had in I don't know when!! Perfectly cooked, and SO tender!! I didn't even need a knife to cut it. The seasoning and charbroiled flavor are out of this world!!! Next time I want a steak, I'm ordering the ribeye kebabs from here. Seriously, I thought it was as good as any steak house. The chicken soup is equally delicious and filling. I love the seasonings in it and it's creamy but not thick. LOTS of chicken in it too. This is enough for leftovers for another meal---they give you four pieces of ribeye and it's very juicy. Well, for me anyway. LOL! The soup filled me up so I saved half of that and half of the ribeye cubes for tomorrow. Really perfect in every way. The price for both items are really reasonable too. What I loved and that frankly surprised me were the 2 complimentary lentil soups & small baklava bites added to my order (not advertised). A nice gesture, and this tells me this is an establishment that cares about its customers! Very thoughtful of Wally's (and quite rare these days). Not sure if this perk comes with every order or because I was a new customer, but whatever the case, I will now be a returning customer. NOTE: The location I ordered from (Costa Mesa Kitchens) is a shared kitchen situation with no indoor or outdoor seating, so order here for takeout (as I did), or maybe eat in your car (there's an attached parking lot for about a dozen or more cars).
