First of all I suggest ordering your steak at a way lower temp than you would if you were there. Those plastic containers actually will steam your food . They do a proper cook on a steak. Also, Sirloin is a very flavorful cut, it's just not the tenderest cut. Thus the price. The ribs are great. The mister loves desert. After reading the reviews, I was hoping to be wowed, and decided to spend the money ($29 + tip) to try it out...unfortunately, it did absolutely nothing for me. One of the pizzas was visibly burnt & I learned the hard way that the burnt taste permeates the entire slice. There's no way getting around that taste.
I didn't care for the side of spicy ranch - a side of spicy marinara would have been perfection, and may have helped mask the burnt crust taste.
Overall 5/10. I would never waste my money on this ever again. In fact, I prefer Andreas Pizza - even Little Caesars or Pizza Hut - over this."
