Schlotzsky's sent broccoli cheese soup and an original (no extra meat) with lettuce and the bread was wet and soggy as if it had been sitting there for a while. This store is awful! I LOVE the Schlotzsky's brand, but the Kaufman store just can't seem to get it right! "Salad was sad and contained lots of browned pieces. It was not fresh at all. Also, the chicken salad on top was around one tablespoon. Why? Just give us a hearty scoop on a fresh salad, please! The baked potato was cooked perfectly with a crispy jacket and pillowy interior. More butter and sour cream on the side would be great. I was at home though and could add the extras that I needed.
