"This was my first time eating at DiBella's. I got the Uncle Louie, on everything bread, with cheddar, horsey mayo, onions, baby spinach and roasted reds. The bread is good, but really hard on the top. I love the unique bread choices they offer. I am confused by the cheddar cheese, as it's in strips as opposed to a whole slice; you don't get cheese in every bite. The veggies are fresh, and I love baby spinach on a sub! Horsey mayo....interesting. I was expecting a horseradish flavor, but it is oddly sweet and doesn't contribute much to the overall flavor of the sub. Would get regular mayo and horseradish next time.
