"We order from this Smoothie King at least once a week. This was the 2nd time we have recieved our order and the bowls were not full, the Acai Cocoa Haze™ as you can see in the picture was barely half full including both the base and toppings. The acai base also tasted like water which was unusual as well. I reached out to the store in hopes to make it right but was told I had to talk with the manager. The store took my name and number and said she would call me. I have yet to speak with the manager regaeding the issue. I have tried reaching them several times to make this right to no avail. Door Dash will not issue a refund due to a quality issue and not a missing item."
