"I think this is my new favorite Mexican restaurant in the area!! My husband and I have tried La Fondita twice in the past two weeks and everything has been so tasty and fresh. We started with breakfast tacos and tried their weekend Pozole today as well as a Jamaica flavored water...I'm in love lol. I can't wait to try more items from this establishment! There was nothing incorporated that you couldn't taste. Finally the queso. First impressions was that it was watery and that concerned me, but after mixing it and actually tasting it it was decently thick and tasted wonderful. It's got a semi kick of heat to it, that isn't searing and spice intolerant people could probably handle. And, I only got a 1/2 portion, yet the amount of chips I got was insane. 7/10 for quality, quantity, and taste. Overall, 8 out of ten for torchys.
