"This place is just bad. The other locations are pretty good, but this place has gotten worse and worse. We have been here multiple times now, and every single time we go the quality of the food has gone for eh to downright terrible. Not only is the service just not good, they just have a “I could care less” attitude, they expect you to know exactly what you want and what’s on it, cause if you ask questions you’re wasting their time. I have typically gotten the pepperoni pizza. Now if you look at the photos they use for their pepperoni pizza, it’s loaded with pepperoni. You get 2 1/2- 3 slices of small pepperoni on each slice of pizza. That’s it. The first time I thought maybe just a mistake, but twice? They clearly are skimping out and using false advertisement. This last time was the final straw for us. I’ll start with the photos I didn’t take. The salad had barely any chicken (that was chopped up to the size of tiny pellets) and was dried like the Sahara dessert, and the lettuce they threw in the chopped off ends. Dirty and giant pieces not even cut up. The pretzels were cold and the cheese that came with it was split, meaning it sat all day in a luck warm container. I have attached photos of the pizzas we ordered and compared them to what they are supposed to be. (Top photos are what they advertise, bottom is what we received) The Mac and cheese pizza was missing the jalepanos, was not on cornbread crust, and burnt to a crisp so bad, that the pulled pork was extremely dry. And the potato pizza contained no bacon, no shallot sour cream drizzle, and once again, burnt and dry as hell. This place is an absolute joke. There are so many other pizza places in the town alone, not including the next few towns over. The other brickyards are perfectly fine. If you’re THAT desperate for Brickyard, go to Brunswick, Yarmouth, even Portland. They are far superior. How this place gets such good reviews and constant customers is beyond me. If this was a one time incident, sure, it happens. But this has been consistent for years now. Slowly, but surely getting worse and worse. Whoever owns this company REALLY needs to see what is going on in Freeport with their quality control. This place is massively overpriced, false advertising, poor quality control, and just really not worth your time or money. Avoid at all cost. "

"I have consumed way too many falafels to count. My favorite places are sadly all in Boston and I make sure I eat as many as possible every time I visit. I live in Central Maine now and of the 3 places I have tried, only one is decent. That's the back story. I was in Portland for a show and decided to see if a decent Falafel Sandwich could be found. I took one look and knew I did. It was very nicely toasted and so delicious! I'm not sure if I chewed - thats how fast I consumed it. Thats also why I dont have a picture. The Lentil Soup was perfect for a chilly day. I wish I ordered a bigger size. This is not the lentil soup one often thinks of. This is smooth, creamy, perfectly spiced goodness. This is the soup I want instead of chicken noodle soup the next time I feel sick! The French Fries were so tasty and crispy, no over salted and a very generous portion. The prices? Unbelievably inexpensive for the quality and amount. I can't wait to be in Portland again so I can eat what is probably one of the best Falafel Sandwiches I've ever had. "
