"To preface, I'm not a huge fan of piada because I believe the quality of the food is not respective of the price paid. I ordered the regular size Carbonara Pasta with added "crispy calamari" and "salmon" for almost a $12 up charge. The calamari is not fried golden brown, which made it quite underwhelming; however, the salmon is fine --- it is cooked to about a medium temperature. My next observation would be the spinach, there are full, uncooked spinach leaves in my pasta. It would've taken not even a full 5 minutes to reduce this sauce and cook the spinach properly. The same 5 minutes they could've taken to fry the calamari properly."

"The pizza didn't come with the proper toppings but it was still great. The spinach artichoke dip didn't have much spinach or artichokes so it was basically just an Alfredo dip. The manicotti and Alfredo is simple and delicious, especially with it smothered on a garlic roll. It was a nice spread and we would get it again! "

"Everything had a good flavor. I love the green sauce. it's mildly spicy with just enough kick. Which is how I like it. I got beef steak meat and a lot of it had fatty pieces that were not edible which I didn't like but other than that it tasted good. The Tostada has whole beans on it, not refried beans (like a paste). I don't mind it but I mention it for reference. The Tostada shell will get weak as it is loaded with toppings so eat that first lol. Overall I would buy from here again."
