It arrives piping hot and you're excited to get it out, but the moment you unwrap it, it looks like it's in sort of a tinfoil wrapped but the inside is actually a thin paper that disintegrates against the hot cheese and get stuck all in the cheese and onions in your entire sandwich and then you get to spend at least 3 minutes trying to untangle it without eating the paper that's now falling apart and stuck all over your cheesesteak that you just spent $12.00 on. The fries are good too, but you don't get as much as you think you're gonna get for $8.00 french fries.
