They actually remembered to add my extra egg <3 (separately), which is something a lot of places forget to add even though it's on the receipt. "Wow this is by far my fave Ramen in LA. The quality of the the ingredients, especially the chicken is off the charts. Also love how you can fully customize your ramen with different toppings. Maybe not the most traditional but this will be my go to Ramen spot from now on."

"This was a profoundly disappointing experience that did not warrant the 1-star rating. The primary issue was the temperature: the ramen arrived completely cold. Beyond that, the quality was severely lacking. The broth was bland and flavorless, failing to meet basic expectations for ramen. The order had significant issues related to protein and sides: * Pork Chashu: Despite ordering and paying for extra protein, I only received two small pieces of pork chashu. * Crispy Chicken Side: I was initially refunded for the 3-piece side of crispy chicken because it was listed as out of stock. However, I bizarrely received two pieces of what appeared to be old, stale crispy chicken instead. This combination of cold food, poor quality, incorrect portions, and a confusing issue with a refunded/replaced side made for a terrible meal. I am sorely disappointed."

"Ramen Izakaya never misses. They serve absolute comfort food for me. My go-to orders from them are the Popcorn Shrimp , Shrimp Wonton 6pc , Meatball Skewers 3skewers, and when I am in the mood for something super homey, I get the curry tender chicken bowl, which comes with a LOT of curry sauce so I always get an extra meal out of it. It's all amazing, and a lot of what I order, like the meatballs and wontons, reheat really well. The Takoyaki Balls are also SO good, kind of an extra treat when I can treat myself, and the octopus is never chewy - truly top notch. This is probably my favorite restaurant in the valley. I cannot give enough praise to this place. It is consistent and yummy and always gets delivered fast. I was so pleased with my Takoyaki that I stopped in the middle of eating to write this review lol. Thank you for making such a high quality and consistent product. "

"I'm not a big ramen person but everything about this was amazing. The pork chashu was tender, the portobello was flavorful, the spinach cooks nicely in the broth which arrived hot. The broth is also probably the best ramen broth I've ever had. And the single portion was enough for both my fiancée and myself! I wasn't expecting that but I would absolutely order it again."
