The adobo rojo was even better than what I’ve had at a high end restaurant before because it tasted more authentic here. "Good portions it was ready fast. The barbacoa was very very greasy with a pool of oil at the bottom and trying to reaheat it was a greasy mess and we would not order again. Although the pound of chicharron was not what I expected the flavor was delicious and we were pleasantly surprised. The chicharron was in a salsa verde and had a great spicy kick and was freshly made 10/10. It reheated up well the next day. We received 2 big bags of onions and cilantro as well as a salsa verde and a red salsa. I do wish some tortillas were included with the meats by the pound. Overall, for barbacoa we would go elsewhere but we would try out other items on the menu in the future."
