The reviews looked great so I was really excited to try this place out, but the food is extremely bland in my opinion. :( The Birria mexican Rolls are comparable to Taco Time's crispy beef burritos, just less greasy. The flour tortillas overwhelm the meat, which is surprisingly dry and not very flavorful. The consommé had whole chickpeas in it for some reason and tasted heavily of them? And the guacamole was made with underripe avocado and WAY too much salt. I got a side of Beans which didn't seem to have any seasoning at all outside of being topped with a small sprinkle of cheese, and a side of Rice which was extremely dry and tasted like it'd been flavored with a chicken ramen seasoning packet. The Churros were pretty standard. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place (or at least these items?) to anyone used to or expecting high quality, authentic Mexican food, and might actually say I'd prefer fast food "Mexican" over what I received. "I had a hard time deciding on what to order with so many options that sounded good, but ended up going with the Ultimate Veggie Salad . It was great! I wavered on spending $20 on a meatless salad, but when I say it's packed, the box is packed FULL. I also requested a few changes to the veggies included which were followed perfectly. I will say, for the amount of salad that you get, you're only given a 2oz cup of dressing, which wasn't enough for me. They do provide the option of purchasing more separately, so I will do so next time, but wanted to call that out for others. suggestions for the vendor; 1- a slightly bigger box for the salad. like I said the amount of salad you get justifies the price, but I couldn't mix it without things popping out of the box. 2-adding the option to choose your salad mix.
