I thought that for the price the portion could be a little more generous . also because of the container that they use the chicharrón and mofongo were very moist and soggy . Travel time was only seven minutes so I don't see why it should've gotten that soggy in seven minutes. Maybe they could poke some holes on the lid to avoid the moisture from the vapor softening the food. Also, the lettuce on the bottom, contributes to the sogginess of the food. Next time I would remember to order lettuce, tomato, and avocado, outside of the container.. nobody likes warm lettuce, tomato and avocado ."

"Customer service was to say the least unprofessional. Ordered 2 churrascos through dash and restaurant called me that it was not the price that the churrasco is in their menu that it is actually 6 dollars more. My argument was that on the menu the churrasco is selling for 20.99. Nothing made sense and clearly the price is wrong. They offered me palomilla instead though I paid already for the churrasco. This has never ever happened to me. I hope that they understand what they did so they can change this and not another customer will be disappointed on the lack of service and attention."
