"YAN's China did not disappoint. I am a return customer and had to try Hong Kong Style Pan Fried Noodle. It was excellent. The noodles were crispy fried, kept separate as I ordered online. The Sauce w/Chicken and Veggies you pour over the Crispy noodles was cooked to perfection. The ingredients were all generous, non salty which allows me to season more or add soy sauce if I choose. I must have my Fried Wonton Chips(8 Pcs.) it's a perfect side to any dishes you order, perfect snack for late nights. This order was very satisfying. I will explore other Menu items next time. Well done Chef!"

"This was disgusting. I rememberwuen this place used to be great and now the quality andyaste are awful. The Mongolian Beef (see pic) was $36 and tasted like dry beef jerky and the portion size was small. The crispy green Crispy Green Beans tasted like they were fried in soap. Seriously it tasted like chemcals. The Honey Crispy Honey Chicken was right out of a microwave. The Fried Rice was flavorless. The lettus Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps was a complete miss and The Great Wall of Chocolate ® lacked real flavor. I suppose everything is made in a huge warehouse and microwaved onsite. I will never order here again. $220 down the drain. Should have gone to Panda Express. "

"The 3. Beef Roll (2pcs)牛肉卷饼 was soggy. The 2. Beef Bun (4pcs)牛肉包 is just a small ball of hamburger with little flavor. The 1. Hot & Sour Soup酸辣汤 was good. It's got some bite to it. The 2. Pork Pot Stickers (6pcs)煎锅貼 aren't really potstickers because they're deep fried, not pan fried."

Their cucumber salad is very fresh, and the cucumbers are crispy and cut into perfect bite-sized pieces. This is my favorite restaurant to order from Door Dash, not just because of the wonderful food, but the people who own and operate it are very friendly and lovely people who care about the quality of their food. I can highly recommend this restaurant."

"The photos might not do the restaurant justice since the order was with the driver for more than 30 minutes. Drunken Noodle "Pad Kee Mao" had fresh wide noodles. Crispy Pork Belly Spicy Basil was spicy and fregrant. Thai tea was not overly diluted. Really enjoyed my meal."

"Review from a fellow Chinese person: Pork Postickers (8) is super large in size compared to other places, but not pan fried crispy enough. Still too soft. Egg Fried Rice about average-good. Not greasy and nice eggy flavor. Large portion. Pork XiaoLongBao (8) the best out of the pickings imo. Thin delicate skin that doesn't disintegrate from picking it up. Wish there was more soup inside. Great sauce to go with it tho. How to eat: Chew off the top (twisted top) of the dumpling and then pour the sweet sauce into it like a cup, and enjoy. Black & Gold Molten Lava Bun (3) really good soft and dough-y bun! Buns baked right! Still getting accustomed to the sweet oil inside the bun which gives it a "lava" effect, compared to the OG custard buns, this is really runny in a oily way. Get it for the experience, but don't get it if you dislike oily texture. Shrimp Dumplings (10) you get 10 pieces. A bit smaller on size, but that's because the skin is nice and thin (other places have thicker skin). Good choice. "
