The portion sizes were really small and the food was very bland and unappetizing. the chicken tenders were tiny and were more like nuggets than tenders. the fries reminded me of those fries you would get when you were in Middle School for lunch just kind of dry but also soggy at the same time for some reason and cold. they also forgot all of my sauces as well as one of my drinks. "I ordered a very veggie pizza that I added (and was charged for) sausage. There is no place to say remove the olives, so I accepted that. BUT - There was no sausage on my pizza. The veggies, however, were tasty.
I also ordered a ham with smoked Provolone sub. That I cannot comment on as it did not arrive with the delivery. The Dasher stated the pizza was all he was given at the restaurant.
I contacted Donato's and they confirmed that my sandwich was, in fact, still there but I would need to contact DoorDash to resolve the error and have the order re-placed. I contacted support at DoorDash and they were kind enough to refund the cost of the sandwich. In no way do I hold DoorDash responsible for these errors"

"Chicken tenders were tiny pieces of chicken wit a lot of very hard crust. The order had 6 Cherry Turnovers n it. they bagged 2 with 1 Apple Turnover & 4 Chocolate chip cookies. They all went straight to the trash because no one could eat them. The french fries all tasted like OLD, BURNT, oil."
