"Burger was ok. The meat and seasoning salt is always good. But cheese was not melted and patty was cold, as was the one paper thin piece of bacon that was not reheated to standard. (They precook bacon most of the way done and are supposed to grill it again with the burger.) My real issue was with the quality of the onion rings. A staple to any meal from A&W. I would reckon the batter wasn't thick enough, and oil not hot enough, because they came in a crumbly mass in the bottom of the bag. Very oily. And, It was almost as if someone had smashed them with their fist before sending them off. I was looking forward to crisp, whole rings and received what you see in the photo. Such a shame. No straw. No napkin. No option to ask for condiments. Easily this place can do better, especially when thinking about how much you charge. With tip $30 "
