"As an indigenous Puerto Rican (Taino) + Nigerian I cannot express how much this food made me smile. The jerk chicken Jerk Chicken Dinner is phenomenal. I got the cassava bread and beans on the side with a Mango Passionfruit to drink.
The chicken was tender - fall off the bone, you were invited to the cookout where your uncles are battling against each other on the grill tender- then the jerk sauce... woooowie. Spicy but not overwhelming, just right. The juice balances it all excellently and the juice comes in a BUCKET. IM USING TWO ADULT HANDS. It's flavorful and not too sweet. Reminds me of juice on the island. The cassava bread was so soft and the rice / beans.... mmm... fantástico.
I'll be coming back ASAP. This is a new gem in Bangor and I'll be sure to share with everyone I know. Keep it up, I'm excited to see what else comes out of your kitchen!
My only suggestion would be the containers for the beverage bucket and beans and gravy could be a bit more secure for an actual lid. No issues!
