The food was served incorrectly, the portions were extremely small for the price, and definitely not the quality I’m used to from Chipotle. Even the kids’ meal was wrong, they put the meat inside the tortilla instead of serving it in the tray like they’ve always done. Of course, it’s much easier to hide an extra-paid meat portion when it’s stuffed inside the tortilla.
On top of that, they sent me an empty cup with no drink, which is unacceptable.
The extra tortillas I ordered also had a strange taste and a rubbery texture. I truly believe the issue is this specific store, because this is not the standard Chipotle quality I’ve experienced elsewhere.
This location really needs to improve its service and food quality."

"With the limited options that we have for food delivery choices in Deltona, we always jump at the chance to try a new place. This was our first experience with Shannon's and it was pretty good with the potential to be great. I got the 12 shrimp dinner. The shrimp were fried crispy in a nicely seasoned breadcrumb batter. A smidge overcooked but still tasty. Mac and cheese- also pretty good. Very nice real cheese flavor but a little more oily than creamy. Husband got the steak and shrimp. Portion sizes are fair but not huge. Husband was a little disappointed that only 4 shrimp came with the steak dinner but he liked the flavors and pretty much had the same opinions as me. One thing to note is that the Door Dash menu is not clear on how to order sides with the meals. We both ended up an extra side of macaroni due to the confusion. We both would have rather had two different sides than double macaroni. We will likely try them again so next time, we know."

"I would give 5 stars because the food is flavorful, tender, juicy and practically melts in your mouth..... my issues is the HUGE difference in the prices compared to eating at the restaurant. Yes I get it is a convenience but, for some it is the only way to eat Sonny's. By the time you add in the service and deliver fees you've spent an extra $25 for 1 meal, add roughly an extra $6 per meal for the rest of your family. If the restaurant is setting the prices then they are making a huge profit. Think about it, less dishes being used, it takes less employees to prepare the meals so less overhead. "

"I ordered 12" a #20 Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch and a 6" Grilled Chicken using Door Dash (I've never had any complaints). I get the 6" Subway 20 Elite instead of the footlong. When I call the store knowing it's a Subway error, they notify me that they can't help me in any way, and that I should contact Door Dash. For me it's incorrect because I work for Uber Eats and sometimes there are notes where they specify that the dasher must verify the order due to errors made by the restaurant. It's a bummer for me since Subway is one of my favorite places to get a healthy lunch or dinner."
