The grits had okay flavor but were so greasy I couldn’t finish them. The bacon was hard, partially burnt, and didn’t taste fresh. The biscuits were soft but completely bland—no butter, no flavor. Suggestion: Pack the shrimp separately so the oil doesn’t ruin the grits. Lighten up on bacon cook time (it keeps cooking in the bag), and add something to the biscuits—anything. Overall, not worth the hype. Really hoping for better next time."

The food was served incorrectly, the portions were extremely small for the price, and definitely not the quality I’m used to from Chipotle. Even the kids’ meal was wrong, they put the meat inside the tortilla instead of serving it in the tray like they’ve always done. Of course, it’s much easier to hide an extra-paid meat portion when it’s stuffed inside the tortilla. On top of that, they sent me an empty cup with no drink, which is unacceptable. The extra tortillas I ordered also had a strange taste and a rubbery texture. I truly believe the issue is this specific store, because this is not the standard Chipotle quality I’ve experienced elsewhere. This location really needs to improve its service and food quality."
