General Tso's (Chicken) chicken is decent, but not spicy at all which it has always been everywhere else I've had it and the sauce was a little bland. The fried rice is not very good. No veggies at all and I only found 1 tiny piece of egg. It also has very little flavor and looks mostly like it had been seasoned with soy sauce, although you can really make it out. Not a "fried" rice in my opinion. It basically tastes just like steamed rice with a vague unidentifiable flavor. Portions are good and an overall value."

"The grilled Chicken Sandwich, Grilled Chicken is very good, but the sandwich was a little bit dry, it needs some Mayo or honey mustard. It says it comes with mustard on it. It's traditional Texas Chili with no beans and when they make it really well, you can eat it with a fork, it's so thick and meaty, but it's inconsistent, sometimes it's too soupy. And then other times it's thicker. I wish they would make it thick all the time. I ordered the fruit as my side with my sandwich, and the fruit was excellent. It wasn't just your typical fruit salad. It was all fresh cut; cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, red grapes, a bit of apple (maybe?), cut strawberries, and my favorite...raspberries! Chicken that came was about 3x3in and too dry to cut with a metal steak knife. Note that this was off the "specialty menu". Nothing special at all! Tortilla soup was literally just broth and in a tiny..maybe 2 cup bowl. I added the crappy tiny cup of tortilla strips and dry/crummy grated cheese to it and it was just blah. Ive been to JT in person and it was sooo much better. Only "pro" I could say is that the chips and green sauce was on point. However, ridiculous that I had to pay WAY extra to get it with my order when it's free at the restaurant while dining in. So disappointing. I got a refund and you should too if you experience this. We work too hard for our money to take the loss and move on. To-go orders from here are definitely not quality. More like left-over "whatevers". "

"The portion size was good, and the meal came with chips and salsa. I mistakenly ordered the regular quesadillas instead of the fajita quesadillas. I rarely order quesadillas, but I was craving them and didn’t realize there was a difference. Unfortunately, the chicken tasted like canned chicken, and the quesadillas were soggy on the bottom. I flipped it over and took a picture to show how it looked when I recieved it. On a positive note, the portions of guacamole and sour cream were generous.
