I called ahead to ask about the broth in the veggie and tofu pho and was told it normally comes with beef broth, but they could make it with vegetable broth upon request. I really appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, the broth was completely flavorless - it is actually clear, like hot water.
The vegetable assortment was actually good: mushrooms, carrots, jalapeños, zucchini, cabbage, bean sprouts, scallions, bok choy, and basil. But vegetables and rice noodles in what tasted like plain hot water just wasn't very appetizing.
Honestly, if you're recovering from a stomach bug and want steamed vegetables and plain noodles, this might be perfect. Otherwise, if you're vegetarian or vegan, I'd skip it."

I'm just super shocked with the lack of food and the fact that they put brown mast bloody old meat on the noodles. Never ever again. "The 3A. Cha Gio (Egg Rolls) were not very impressive. I wouldn't say bad, but definitely not as good as the ones from pretty much any other Vietnamese restaurant in the area. I wouldn't order them again.
I also ordered the 6. Tai, Nam, Gan pho, and I'd say most of the other reviews are pretty accurate. The broth was the best I've had in Lakewood, but portions were pretty small for such a high price. The tendon was great and cooked perfectly, the rare steak was also really good but small. Worth noting that the flank steak is what's called brisket everywhere else, so no clue what their brisket is like.
Overall, it was just okay."

"Hi am I pho fanatic And I am very particular about how it tastes. I have a few favorites but this one was close to my job. I will admit it is very good. My only gripe Is for the price you don't get a lot of noodles. I ordered a medium for $13 I got about the same amount of noodles as I have from other places for a small for only $10. "If you are looking for authentic food, this is the place. Being Asian myself I know when different types of asian food will taste more American or not. And I will say this place hits the mark on flavor, crispy/fried food, and overall everything made with love. I did order delivery and even upon arrival the fried food was still crispy.
Everything is made from scratch. You can taste that the batter used for the cheese wonton or the crispy scallops were all homemade. Even the batter used for the crab was flavorful but not overpowering the crab meat at all.
