I'm sure that's not what happened.. the point is I was just surprised that I paid so much for something that wasn't even filled all the way.. I love their water ice.. I just hope that this isn't a usual occurrence... the person who picked up and delivered my order, Matt, was awesome though.. I've never gotten a door dash delivery so quick. I was nervous that the water ice would be half melted by the time I got it but he was so quick that it wasn't melted at all. so that was a pleasant surprise and he deserves a 10 star rating for that"

"Second time ordering 2 Luxe boxes and food was great. I'd give 5 stars but they forgot the sauces and it may seem small but it's not. I can't get a refund cause they're free but I also want the sauces.
