Now, I don't know if Mr. Pickles has changed its cookie policy (along with its prices) because of inflation or the recession or something, but I think a heads up at least would have been nice so that I could order the cookie by itself, since I really was looking forward to that cookie. As for the rest, I think it's highly unprofessional to ignore specific special requests from the customer. I used to love Mr. Pickles but the recent decline in quality has me second-guessing."
