I'll give it 4 stars instead of 3, because the food was fresh and settled in fine. The guanciale in the salad was pretty tasty. The pizza is more doughy and thick, not thin crust, with a bit of that black char. Which I guess some people like but it's not my preference. The gnocchi portion was a bit on the small side as was the rigatoni. I'm being nice and giving 4 stars even though it's really a 3.5."
