"The person handling the order refused to give the driver my dipping cups!! I called to find out why and was told she didn't realize they weren't in the bag. Not only was she rude and snippy with the dasher, she wasn't the sweetest while speaking with me either. She thought we were trying to get free extra dip, so I assumed she would change her attitude when she realized that wasn't the case. I was offered nothing to make this better but hey, it is what it is "
