It was the best flavored menudo I have ever had. Don't tell my beautiful Mexican wife. They use pork feet as some don't but whatever they do to make it is sooooo good. I could drink just a bowl of that broth. I have been a chef with the same company for 12 years and flavors are my Forte. I am very impressed with this food and I know they cook it with love.
