And even with the egg sushi they dare to cut down the size. It's not even fresh made tamago! I have never seen an aburi tamago(egg) sushi in my life and clearly they have nothing to do with Aburi. Sauce is also just abusing mayo without pairing any eel/spice sauce. The beef udon is a bit bland but at least the portion is reasonable. Terrible overall. It's not about authenticity, it's just not good at all."
