The hot and crispy beef *would* have been good, but by the time it arrived it was stuck together and all "gooped" up with corn starch so the sauce was a like a thick covering rather than a slight glaze or a typical sauce loose sauce. I ordered a side of pork fried rice and while it was not bad, again, it lacked pork and since I paid a premium to have PORK fried rice rather than white rice (free) or plain fried rice, I feel like I got ripped off. This restaurant is typical of the area's Chinese restaurants. There really isn't a *great* Chinese restaurant in this area. I'm not sure why there can't be a restaurant here that offers other types of dishes. If you want really good Chinese food, check out Full Kee on Horsepen Road in Richmond. It's a bit more expensive, but multiples times better than anything in the Fredericksburg area."
