Also, if your business is called TANG MARU and you're putting TANG in your business name (TANG meaning soup/stew) then the soups better be the star. "Toroniku Shoyu Ramen is delicious. have never had pork cheek before but think I prefer it to pork belly as it's a bit leaner, but still very flavorful and juicy. Feel like there's more meat than fat compared to pork belly which was nice. It has a nice strip of fat that you could eat or skip as you prefer. the broth was very flavorful and their packaging is smart - noodles, broth, and toppings all separate so you can heat the broth and assemble at home. I do wish they gave a little more toppings wise - got three menma strips - but now I know and will just order extra next time."

"The Toro on the 36. Double Trouble was very chewy. Toro should basically just melt in your mouth, so I feel the value isn't there for this item. The smaller of the two rolls was VERY tiny. Maybe the smallest roll I've ever gotten. The 13. Salmon Tataki was pretty decent, but again, the value isn't there for the current price. It was noticeably less than the menu photo showed. $90 for 3 small plates where the toro is not soft and tender is just way too much for a mediocre sushi experience. I doubt I will order from here again when there are options like Mirak nearby. Not the worst, but far from the best around."

"Wow. Very good General Tso's Chicken! More on the sweet side which I do like. Also seemed to be good Chicken...not too white, not too dark meat. Portion size was "just enough" for a hungry man. The chicken with white rice, Wonton Soup, a Spring Roll, and Crispy Noodles was filling. Hard to finish but not quite enough for leftovers. I will say that the rice and wontons had a "Pine" aftertaste...but whatever...it worked. I called in a special request of chop sticks and they came through! Can't wait to bring my family there and try it without the delivery...it's got to be twice as good! Price is what is to be expected of a gourmet Asian restaurant...maybe $1 over what I usually pay for the chicken. Worth the experience. Thank you!"
