Favorite drink so far has been the Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea, I recommend adding ice & coffee jellies-- I don't even like jelly texture, but if you mix them up at the bottom it gives the drink a nice coffee flavor without having to just straight up drink coffee. "I rarely leave a restaurant review, but I have had DoorDash from Kel's Tavern, 'Tavern Burger' three times in two weeks because it's the very best burger (made to order-medium rare, is my preference), I've had in years. Delicious, high quality meat, cooked to perfection with a generous helping of toppings like bacon, cheese, etc. Add to that the excellent sweet tater fries with the tastey dip and the classic wedge salad and well, I'm a huge fan. When the weather warms a little, I look forward to going to Kel's in person and urge others to do the same. Conveniently located in the eclectic Elk City district on Charleston's WestSide! "The meatloaf and broccoli casserole were amazing. I would definitely order again. 10/10. Portions are amazing. However the regular mashed potatoes were the worst i've ever had at a restaurant. They taste like when your parents were lazy, boiled the potatoes, and then just mashed them with a fork. I'm guessing they didn't use some type of cream to mix in with them to make them light and fluffy. Very grosse. I've ordered them twice in two separate months. Do not get the mashed potatoes."
