choriqueso was oily/fatty on the top but that type of meat is naturally very seasoned and fatty so it is expected!! Included a photo so people arent spooked by what they get. Simply give it a really good mix ((it sat during delivery give them a CHANCE)) and it's still a really good dip.

Friday was the day. My partner got the Pulled Pork (Pernil) with white rice and beans and we ordered Empanada chicken n cheese and beef n cheese. it was freshand cooked to perfection. our portions were big and fair for the total. I loved every bite. The Empanada were crisp and fresh. a nice crunch with delicious and flavorful meat inside. I loved the Beef and cheese most! The flavors on my tongue when I dug into that chciken. sheeesh. made with flavor and love , no doubt. Yall captured our souls tonight for dinner. We will be Ordering again! In person, next time.
