"I used to eat at High Peak 2-3 times a week but stopped because the flavors have changed completely. I always order the eggrolls, which are on point but the sauce is very basic. It used to have more flavor and peanuts in it, which are now gone. The chicken kebat, is my go to meal and it has changed completely. In the past it was chicken, white onion, jalapeno, mint, tomatoes, spices (that made the chicken look yellow) and a lemon. Now it is none of that. The spices are not the same, there are now more onions and bell peppers than chicken, no mint flavor at all, zero jalapenos and zero lemon. I wonder if other are seeing a change in overall flavors."

"Good Evans. This was absolutely incredible. I got off a 12 hour shift, and I work overnights. I was craving a nice breakfast. I get off of work, and decide to order from here for the first time. I got the Biscuits and Gravy, my boyfriend got the Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs, and my roommate got the Buttermilk pancakes. I had a bite of everything since I paid for it all. The biscuits are so incredibly soft and fluffy, and the gravy is absolutely perfect. The chicken fried steak was amazing and HUGE, it was perfect. The pancakes were cooked to perfection. I genuinely almost shed a tear while eating it was so good. Thank you, Good Evans. The kitchen staff deserve a kiss on the cheek."

"Missing a Seared Scallop in my meal and the other was barely intact. Underside of scallop tasted burnt, not carmelized, but BURNT. The rest of the flavors were on, but I would have appreciated a bigger portion of everything. "Side salad" was a few sprigs of arrugla. Filet Tortellini was dry and had no flavor. I did ask for just the steak and noodles, but I should have clarified I would have enjoyed the sauce as well. My kid's Slider Burger was very disheartening. It was not well-done, but CREMATED. That poor sliver of meat was shriveled up and tasteless. Potatoes had no flavor and slightly hard. (I had to make mac'n'cheese afterwards so she could eat...) Overall, after a second underwhelming experience, Piedmont is NOT worth the price and we will probably eat somewhere else next time."
