I don't know if they have new cooks or they're just not as attentive as they used to be but there is zero seasoning here. They rely on the sauces to do all the work all of the sudden. Usually, these are excellent, but sorry to say after having them twice recently, they are highly lacking in seasoning, and lately, they haven't been putting as much salmon in it. Even the Hibachi wasn't seasoned when I went in person. It's a real shame."

The dumplings are delicious but they don't come with any sauce. they gave me sides of duck sauce and hot sauce, but no soy sauce . The vegetables in the bento box are 85% cabbage, but the cabbage is cooked very well and tastes delicious. I got extra chicken and they in fact gave me a good amount of chicken. The chicken has really good flavor and is not rubbery like it was frozen or cooked incorrectly. it's very tender! I don't like sushi, I asked for an avocado roll, but they didn't meet that concern. I understand not doing substitutions, but I did not partake in the California roll so I cannot review that part of the bento box. i would definitely order again now knowing the expectation."
