"Overpriced mid tier fast food chain. Staff is stressed and unfriendly bordering on snappy and rude. We waited 20 minutes for an pickup order that I’d placed in advance and saw most other patrons getting restless about their food taking too long. Staff snapped at anyone who asked. We got ours to go and of course it was missing 3 items even though they were on the receipt taped to the bag. $37 for a kids hamburger, and I got the smaller version of the basic adult one, which ended up being the same size as the kids but cost more. $6 for a side of fries is wild, though those were the only part of the meal that wasn’t disappointing. Skip this one and go to five guys for better food and vibes at a better price."
