The Vegetables in the Beef with Mixed Vegetable were very fresh, tender with some crunch to them. The brown sauce was delicious. The No.21 Shrimp Egg Foo Young was a bit too salty (the gravy) but the shrimp were a great size and very fresh. The Pan fried dumpling were Chicken dumplings with a sauce that needed more *sweet/salt/sour balance. It was more on the salt & vinegar tasting side. The Egg Roll (1) (we got three) and Vegetable Spring Roll (1) (we got three) were tasty a d tender in the inside while crispy in the outside. Very Good and so was the dipping sauce.
