I don't blame the delivery driver for this because Eaton is the only store that packs its drinks and sundaes in a separate and flimsy bag. I don't know why they do this differently to ever other store but it doesn't work.

"When you pay for a meal, remove ONE item and end up with half of the ingredients missing, and this is not just once, but a regular occurrence, your experience with the store starts to waiver on "value". Sometimes the order is perfect, but most of the time we are missing something (usually the chips) or it feels like staff decided to play a joke because of a dietary preference. In this case, ordered a Triple Whopper® Cheese Value Meal , but they didnt just remove the only item i requested due to an allergy, they decided to remove the tomato, mayo, lettuce and onion as well. It was patties, cheese and sauce! When you are paying near $65 to feed two people, this is ridiculous.
