"I ordered two bowls for delivery, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. When the bag arrived, it was packed so poorly that juice was leaking from one bowl. As soon as I picked it up, both bowls fell to the ground and one partially opened.
When I inspected the food, one bowl was only half full and was basically just black beans, peppers, and corn, despite my order specifically requesting steak and extra barbacoa. I also ordered the chimichurri sauce and instead received a thick, flavorless paste that tasted like straight garlic, as if someone scooped it out of a garlic jar.
To make it worse, my bowl had absolutely no seasoning or flavor. Overall, this Chipotle location needs to step up its food quality and attention to detail. This was not worth the money or the hassle."
