The bowl used makes it look like a large portion, but the food filled the bowl maybe 1/2 inch deep only. It tasted like it was previously frozen then baked. I had a few bites. It was more like small diced pieces of frozen chicken (with the other ingredients of spinach and tomatos mixed), and with a sprinkle of cheese. Ive had better airplane food than this dish.
