"Wow! We've had some pretty subpar Indian on Door Dash and this is by far the best Indian food I've had in a long time! I called to ask if they could make the Aloo Gobi extra spicy and it was perfect. "I had the Pho Combo and got it with no spice (as I just had surgery and needed something light and not spicy), and it was DELICIOUS. The broth was flavourful that you don't even need to add hosin sauce, but their hosin is also lovely and different to the usually packet ones.
I got the very spicy Pho Beef for my husband, and he absolutely loved it.

"Their ' SAMBHAR ' , South Indian Lentil Soup on the Side is EXQUISITE ' !!! It had quartered squash in there & roasted black mustard seeds !!! All the Chutneys were Gr8 as were the ' Vada ' ( Fried Lentil Donuts ). The ' Curried Potato Filling inside the Dosa / Crepe was good as well, but the Dosa / Savory Crepe could be more ' Brown ' to my liking.

"The food was very good, especially the Lahori chickpeas and onion naan. I used to visit the now-closed Bismillah in San Pablo and read that this was the same group. It’s not exactly the same, though I preferred the naan and chickpeas here.
The lamb chops were overcooked and missing their rice. The Chicken Tikka Masala sauce was excellent. The medium spice needed more heat. but not enough to warrant ordering spicy. The San Pablo Bismallah doesn't give a choice but it was always perfect for my taste. if I go in and order that may be something I can work out. not their fault. My biggest issue was the yogurt-like coating on the meat, which changed the texture and reduced the tandoori char. I preferred the chicken at the old Bismillah.
The shop is great, with a fresh meat counter, good products, and lovely staff. I’d return, but may order different meat dishes."
