Biscuits & gravy that came with were individually packaged so it didn't get soggy or cold. Side 4 Bacon was crisp, thick and also packaged separately for maximum deliciousness. The patty is a VERY generous size and thickness as well as high-quality beef. Nice, buttery soft bun that still holds up to hefty & juicy toppings, thanks in part to the deli wrap & foil wrap. Fries are crispy and nice, I added a bit of salt to mine, but no complaints. They provided napkins, ketchup & mustard, and cutlery. Sure, the absurdly large burger I ordered was a little smooshed in the box, but it sprang back just fine, as the pictures show. Highly recommend this place, especially if you can catch a deal on it, but it's worth the occasional splurge for quality & portions like this."

Although I don't know how long it's been on this platform, I've been dreaming about their ramen ever since I had it for the first time last year. I live on the other side of town now, so this was a treat to myself. The ramen has a deep, rich, grilled yet fresh flavor with nice balance of ingredients and textures. Although I would love a slightly larger portion, the packaging was careful, intentional, and the eggs were beautifully poached. For anyone ordering this as a delivery item, please heat up the broth separately (get it very hot) before you add your noodles and side of poached eggs so that you dont nullify the benefits of their thoughtful packaging (which separates the noodles and poached egg from the broth).
