I got one once that was over-steamed and on the verge of soggy and I was a little worried, but once I dove in, it was like I just melted into the warm, messy, oozy, wild abandon of it! I am not exaggerating! Some of your sandwich will arrive attached to your he foil which is used to contain the soft- making moisture. If you're at home, I recommend carefully peeling off the foil if you are dealing with a cheese covered bagel, as some may adhere to the foil. Any cheese or smears/globs of other ingredients can be licked/gnawed off of the foil (be careful not to eat the foil - aluminum should not be ingested). If in store , simply fold your foil up and wrap it in some napkins (they have the kind that are small and one ply, but thick and really tough - I love them!) so you can take it with you and lick/gnaw in the privacy of your own home. In either scenario, you will want to lick the foil- you just will."

"Genuinely enjoyed everything from here. I'm normally not an iced coffee fan but this one was PACKED with flavor and not overly sweet or bitter, a great balance. the croissant sandwich was buttery, soft, comforting. the muffin was gorgeous! packaged so well and the texture was absolutely amazing. the crumble on top with the soft muffin bottom was so delightful. pretty sweet but i have a sweet tooth so it was right up my alley! my only real critique is that there wasn't a super strong blueberry flavor BUT the general flavor of the muffin was so nice that I didn't mind. Definitely will order from here again when I'm back in town! Glad I chose this one this morning!! "
