It seems like someone took an actual steak and cut it into 5 strips. Strips are not a great description for this. They were more like long chunks. First of all 1/3rd of each strip was fat. Second each strip was about 1" x 1" x 4". If I was eating a steak dinner, Id have to cut each strip into 3 or 4 pieces or risk choking. Its a fajita, I know theres some assembly required, but giant fatty steak chunk assembly??? Even after surgery the steak was pretty tough.
