"I haven’t ordered from this place in a while however it was one of my favorite restaurants to order from until recent. I am unsure if the chef, recipes or management has changed but the food just doesn’t taste the same. Originally when I ordered, my favorite dishes were the Cajun or Jerk Salmon platters because they had authentic seasonings that were a perfect blend of zesty, spicy and savory flavors. The kick in the Jerk Salmon would open your senses but it was delicious. However, today I ordered the Cajun salmon with rice and peas and cabbage and I was very disappointed. The Cajun Salmon came covered in some type of white mayonnaisy sauce??? It was okay but didn’t put me in the mind of a Cajun sauce. It was bland. And the cabbage appeared to be the shredded blend you buy in the supermarket compared to being the freshly cut vegetable blend they use to sell. My salmon was hard and dry. The Salmon platters have always been a little pricey but the authentic spicy flavors, the tender texture of the salmon and the freshly cut vegetable blends made it well worth it. This platter was not worth $30. "
